These terms apply to all bookings made directly via the King's Mansion, Candolim, Goa (Part of the JMJ Leisure and Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. Group, Goa)'s website through the payment gateway. By using the site, you agree to be bound by these terms. They may be updated from time to time, with revised terms taking effect upon posting.

Early Check-in

King's Mansion reserves the right to levy an early arrival charge should a guest wish to access the estate prior to the standard check-in time.

Cancellation Policy

Every rate at King's Mansion, Candolim, is governed by its own cancellation terms. Guests who fail to arrive on their reserved date will be subject to a penalty as outlined in the applicable rate policy. The estate reserves the right to cancel or modify any reservation where an invalid payment method is detected, fraudulent or inappropriate activity is suspected, or where a booking has resulted from an error. Guests who choose to shorten their stay or check out ahead of their scheduled departure will similarly incur a penalty charge in line with the rate booked.

In all such cases, King's Mansion is under no obligation to guarantee availability or preferred rates for any new reservation. Guests will be required to make a fresh booking at the best available rate at the time.
As a condition of using this website, guests agree to submit proof of payment to the reservations team within 48 hours of booking, quoting their confirmation number. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being cancelled.

All banking or transaction fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the guest.
