The captain of our ship, Claude, is a true believer in old-school hospitality and finds his greatest joy in spending time with guests. Creatively inclined and endlessly curious, he is always innovating, reimagining, and creating meaningful experiences. An avid biker at heart, Claude also has a deep appreciation for a well-made Goan fish thali, simple pleasures that reflect his grounded approach to life and hospitality.

Ujjwal Seth – Programme Director

Ujjwal is deeply rooted in hospitality, with a strong foundation in customer service that brings stability, precision, and thoughtfulness to his role as curator of the guest journey at King’s Mansion. With a natural eye for detail and seamless experiences, he ensures every interaction feels intuitive and considered. A lover of nature and animals, Ujjwal also appreciates the finer things in life and finds joy in redesigning his home with carefully chosen artefacts.

Reshmi Kshirsagar – Ojas Sva Manager

Reshmi comes from a background in luxury lifestyle and brings a deep understanding of refined guest experiences to King’s Mansion. Having lived in Goa for several years, she shares a strong connection with the destination and its ethos. Specialising in guest interaction, Reshmi leads Ojas Sva, our integrative wellness brand, where she thoughtfully draws upon her experience to enhance the guest journey through curated wellness programmes. Beyond her professional role, she enjoys cooking and creating culinary videos, and loves exploring India through long drives.

Shalini Rajput – Mansion Experience Manager

Shalini brings a long-standing tenure in people management and team building, with a deep understanding of human dynamics. Her experience enables her to lead the guest experience with empathy, insight, and sensitivity. Beyond her professional role, Shalini enjoys exploring offbeat destinations, reading, and engaging with podcasts and documentaries that focus on socially relevant topics.

Gobin Goutam – Personal Mansion Host

Growing up in Assam, Gobin developed a deep fondness for nature, which became one of the key reasons he was drawn to working in Goa. He enjoys engaging with people and consistently goes the extra mile in all that he does. Guided by values of honesty and meaningful interaction, Gobin brings sincerity and warmth to every guest experience. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing badminton and unwinding with movies.

Tsariba T. Sangtam – Personal Mansion Host

Tsariba hails from the beautiful state of Nagaland and brings a naturally personable spirit, along with a smile that instantly puts guests at ease. Passionate about personalising every interaction, he takes pride in ensuring each guest feels genuinely cared for and remembered long after their stay. Tsariba is a football enthusiast and an avid traveller, having explored many of India’s lesser-known destinations.
